Longyu Group's Anti Fraud Regulations

As a company about to go public, Longyu Group adheres to honest operation, adheres to business ethics standards, complies with all applicable laws and regulations, has zero tolerance for any form of commercial bribery and corruption, and respects and protects the common interests of business partners and Longyu. At the same time, Longyu requires all business partners to jointly comply with laws and regulations, business ethics standards, and the relevant anti fraud regulations of Shengyi Technology.

Longyu Group's anti fraud regulations:

1. During business cooperation between both parties, it is not allowed to bribe Longyu employees in any way, including cash, securities, payment vouchers, non low value cultural goods (with a unit price of over 100 yuan), and other valuable items.

2. Without the prior consent of Longyu Company, it is not allowed to organize Longyu employees to participate in the following activities, including but not limited to tourism, high consumption entertainment projects, and meetings held in scenic areas for tourism purposes; Except for those expenses borne by Longyu.

3. If employees of Longyu engage in soliciting bribes in their daily business processes, or instigate, assist, or encourage partners to engage in bribery, the partners should clearly refuse and report to Longyu.

4. When cooperating in business, both parties should proactively declare their affiliation with Longyu employees and consciously avoid it.

5. Without the permission of Longyu, it is not allowed to jointly establish a company with Longyu employees or their relatives, or allow Longyu employees or their relatives to participate in partner companies.

6. It is not allowed to collude with bidding quotations to disrupt the bidding order of Longyu, including colluding with other bidders and the tenderer.

If any partner violates the above regulations, upon verification, Longyu Technology will immediately suspend or terminate its partnership with the partner upon written notice; At the same time, we reserve the right to pursue their legal responsibilities.

Longyu Technology Company has established internal complaint channels and an investigation mechanism. If partners discover that other partners or Longyu Technology employees are suspected or have violated relevant laws, regulations, and Longyu Technology regulations, they can provide feedback through the following channels:

We demand and encourage real name reporting. Longyu Technology strictly confidential the reporting unit, informant, and information content, and requires the investigated unit and informant not to retaliate against the reporting unit and informant. If retaliation is found, it will be investigated and dealt with seriously, effectively protecting the reporting unit and informant. Once the reported incident is verified, we will provide certain rewards to the whistleblower based on the nature, impact, and cooperation of the whistleblower, such as cash rewards or an increase in procurement share.
